Regenerate the todo file 
It is a good idea to do this once in a while, so that files that used to
have offenses but don't have them anymore are not excluded and to
decrease the maximums in the metric cops.

Add rake tasks for Rubocop 
To always run rubocop with the same options (specially important when
regenerating the todo file).

It creates the following three tasks:

rake rubocop                     # Run RuboCop on the whole project
rake rubocop:auto_correct        # Auto-correct RuboCop offenses
rake rubocop:auto_gen_config     # Generate .rubocop_todo.yml

Fix overlay of carousel controls 
Events on the last column where not clickable because the carousel
controls where render on top. Make them narrower to solve it.

This bug was a side effect of using a carousel for rendering the
schedule. There are strong arguments to think this is not the best
design and a better solution is being discussed:
