Note:

* "Questions" modals have been dropped from this view; questions are no
  longer asked on registration, since Surveys(PR#1100)  were added.

It works by default, we have a mechanism to configure it (dotenv.example)
and we want to be a 12factor app, right? Let's do this...

a0b79c7789 Drop knapsack 
It constantly fails with "Mysql2::Error: This connection is in use by...".
Might be because of database cleaner? But until we can get this stable,
rip it out again.

Replaced by a matrix based on test type

Heroku does not allow sqlite and will just fail building it.
And it's anyway in no way an option for production.

042d49619c Docker cleanups 
- Put docker-compose.yml into version control, no need to make this an example
  file and complicate things.
- Start the docker dev-env osem on port 3000. Just as our documentation says
  and how we do it in vagrant.
- hardcode CONTAINER_USERID so you don't have to have an
  docker-compose.override.yml if your UID is 1000.
- Rename web service/container to osem for clarity in the logs
- Keep assets also in a volume in production
- warn a bit more prominently about docker-compose.override.yml

f69bb18e79 Remove centos from bootstrap.sh 
We don't have a Vagrant setup for centos, why would we need a centos
bootstrap?

Also use the rake taks setup:bootstrap to configure the app so we only
have one place where this is done.

35c531b111 Make the dotenv file useful by default 
Copying this to .env.production used to enable all kinds of things with example
data. Now you can copy it and OSEM will use it's defaults until you explicitely
change them here.

cae610ecf0 Include all "supported" databases in our bundle 
It's not really nice to force people to change Gemfile which is
under SCM control. This also enables us to make the database
adapter configurable.

6f061756ae Make the database.yml example file generic 
So it works with environment variables (12 factory baby!). Enables
us to drop all enviroment specific 'special' example files.

0eb1ef337a Introduces docker-compose to the contribution guide 
Introduces a section about the docker-compose development environment.
I have also tried to shorten the guide, by moving some things to the wiki,
so it's not too overwhelming for new contributors.

fb2612ecaf Simplify set_week callbacks 
Changes to :week are already ignored py paper_trail. No need to wrap this in a
`without_versioning`. Also drop the reader in `Registration` and the tests. Why
write this into the DB but never read it again? Why test standard
ruby/activerecord stuff.
