Chaitanya 440720f0c8 Fix no method error in Admin::Events#index 
Resolve error 'undefined method reopen for streamed:String' by updating gem 'axlsx_rails' from 0.2.0 to 0.5.0 and resolve dependencies for same. This commit revert PR #1323 as rubyzip (~> 1.0.0) is required to resolve axlsx_rails dependencies. It will keep Hakiri vulnerabilities in order to resolve axlsx_rails(0.5.0) dependencies and to make XLS export work.

Closes #1411
