Introduce an association between User and Event for the user schedule. As there was already a relation call users in Event the new relation is called public_users. And for the same reason the relation in Event is called public_events.
Admins may want to have discussions or any other general activity
that does not have any particular speaker. Thus, speaker validation
is removed.

To show scheduled events that have been cancelled/withdrawn as 'cancelled', and consequently also show when an event is their replacement.
admin/schedules#show does not show events that were scheduled and then cancelled/withdrawn, however a record in event_schedules exists for those events, but event_schedule.enabled = false

For the schedule versioning in the admin interface (having multiple possible shcedules) we need to change some models and associations. It has also been create a rake:move_events_attributes task to migrate the data.
User Interface addapted to make use of the introduced associations and models
The events are ordered by date and time in the all events section of the schedule. The event schdule definition in program has been changed to order the events.
The default colors in event_types and difficulty levels are in capital letters and the ones that comes from the color picker were not. Now colors are capitalized before saving the track, level or type. A rake task has also been created to capitalize color from old tracks, levels or types.
