9ac6102847 Fix bug in naming of Sentry release 
In #3299 sentry-ruby was updated past 5.10 which introduces
getsentry/sentry-ruby#2004, resulting in:

    ArgumentError: expect the argument to be a String or NilClass, got Integer (1646633480)

5b89f64eaf Set default URL host 
Setting the default host resolves:

    Missing host to link to! Please provide the :host parameter, set
    default_url_options[:host], or set :only_path to true

Configuring RSpec to use the default host resolves:

    Expected response to be a redirect to <http://test.host/…>
    but was a redirect to <http://localhost/…>.

Fix restart during deploy 
pumactl restart does not make the worker re-read their
working directory. Hence new code is never used...

Use stop/start via systemd again.

Omit nil SMTP settings 
Allows leaving `smtp_settings[:domain]` unspecified. Explicitly setting
it to `nil` (as when `OSEM_SMTP_DOMAIN` is unset) overrides the default
value of `'localhost.localdomain'` and caused SMTP connections to fail
with `EOFError`.

The modal didn't really work on mobiles. On mobiles you also need the schedule
link because it's hard to point your mobile to a QR code on your mobile...

Drop halt_callback_chains_on_return_false 
ActiveSupport.halt_callback_chains_on_return_false= is deprecated and
will be removed in Rails 5.2. Stop using it and return `throw(:abort)`
instead in the callbacks which need it.

Change how we start puma 
Puma is integrated with rails server, no need to start it manually.
Takes care of logging etc. We also shouldn't run multiple workers
unless we absolutely want to.

Do not set web server specific defaults in the code...

4bf0c02763 Use our env naming convention for memcached 
Also do not set memore_store in the production environment if
there is no memcached. File based cache is default for a reason,
it even works for most normal traffic pages

228190396c Add the files we use for production deployments 
We are using apache as reverse proxy and two systemd units
(puma & delayed job) for events.opensuse.org. Track them
also in this project, might be useful for others.
