Fixup specs for stripe to acctually run and be accurate. Mostly.
...
* extracts a bunch of logic to be more native capybara
* updates for existing changes in the app
* using ENV directly is an antipattern...but oh well.
* TBD: Why is unregister failing?

Improve Registration Flow Some:

* Trying to register when a ticket is required will now redirect you to buy tickets.
* #64 will then redirect you back to complete the registration

Introduced Physical Ticket
...
Added PhysicalTicket model and controller. It holds the information about each physical ticket bought at the purchase. Physical Tickets are created after every successfull payment.
