...
If footer is set to a fixed height, it makes some white block
between footer and bottom of page.
Its height should be resized according to footer content.

Fix the abstrct count on the proposal create and edit pages

Due to the DOM not being ready when osem.js is executed, the
bind statements do not actually bind on the correct elements.
We just wrap the binds in a document ready event which allows
the elements to fully load and the events to fire correctly.
I also bind on more then just keyup, to catch times when people
paste content into the field. The input event is only supported
by newer browsers, but is entirely a noop for older browsers.

Handle talks on the scheduler table as links
...
Previously the link functionality (open in window or tab) of those talks was
done via javascript. Because of that they couldn't be selected via right click
to be opened in a tab, copied or bookmarked.
By embedding the talk items into a link element and adding some css to hide
the link effects, like hover and underline, we get the desired behaviour
without changing it's appearance.
