3883188dcd Support Users Directly Uploading Profile Pictures. 
* Adds a `picture` attribute to `User`.
* Preserves Gravatar as a fallback option.
* Now, you should use `user.profile_picturer` instead of `gravatar_url`
* TODO: Ensure `profile_picture` handles sizing right for uploaded images.

1241d21f93 Provide an opportunity for including conference-specific CSS 
There is currently no top-level selector for views that is conference-specific,
so all conferences on one OSEM instance end up sharing all the same CSS.

In order to allow individual conferences to have unique CSS, a class for the
current conference is applied to the <body> tag, and an scss template provided with
an example of conference-specific CSS.

b11001cdba Every campaign has an end. 
Drop ahoy, because it's more trouble than it's worth. This means dropping
visits, campaigns, targets.

Campaigns are better run to analytics, such as:

Use load_and_authorize_resource in versions controlller
Add conference specifc route to revision history page
Users with role can view revision_history only for the versions they have access to
Handle versions where conference_id is not set (records before papertrail was introduced)
