fa56ff7f6d Add helper function for speaker selection 
The line '@users = User.all.order(:name)' is replicated a lot of times
in EventsController and ProposalsController.
So, this commit removes it and adds a helper function
'speaker_selector_input' that generates the field where the @users
variable was used.
Also, it makes the query more specific.

Fix #1455

Other changes:
* Include the username in the drop down menu
* Add .active scope to User and corresponding tests
* Add :disabled trait to User factory

73a6e06fd3 Show event time in conference timezone 
Added an application helper method `time_with_timezone` to return time with the conference timezone which solves the issue of wrong timezone in `scheule.xml` and `admin/events#show`.

Fixes #1188

Activate versioning for tests

The tests were failing because of the lack of versioning.By default, versioning is off for tests.
As a result, here (app/views/proposal/_form.html.haml L43) commercial,versions.last returns nil as there are no versions.

a45e537bac Setup basic Revision History page 
Sets up paper_trail tracking in important models

and add conference_id to versions for storing conference_id
of conference related objects  as metadata.This will help in querying
for versions related to conferences.

Fix issues with factories & event types initialization.Import paper_trail testing helpers
Fix bug: Creating an event creates a useless version with event update

Add revert and view changes features to revision history

7e04a267cb Fix get_roles method of User model 
Previous implementation was associating resources with all
the roles regardless of user role in the resource. ie:
if user is cfp member of conf1, the method was returning:
{ organizer => conf1,
  cfp => conf1,
  Info Desk => conf1,
  Volunteers Coordinator => conf1
}
