Make the database.yml example file generic
...
So it works with environment variables (12 factory baby!). Enables
us to drop all enviroment specific 'special' example files.

* Add ID and track to the event overview

* Get rid of the timezones in the schedule, need to deal with that on output
* Skip auth token verfiy on schedule updates
